We currently deliver across India. Our primary delivery zones are Delhi NCR (with next-day delivery), and we ship Pan India via reliable courier partners. Check if we deliver to your pincode at checkout.

Dispatch Timelines

Since all our chocolates are made fresh to order, we follow these dispatch timelines:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day (Delhi NCR).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the following business day.
Custom and bulk orders may require 2–3 additional days for preparation.
During festive seasons (Diwali, Valentine's Day, etc.) allow 1–2 extra days.

Temperature-Sensitive Packaging

Chocolates are sensitive to heat. We take special care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition:

All orders are packed in insulated, food-safe packaging.
During summer months (April–June), we use additional thermal lining.
We recommend storing chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Refrigerate upon receipt if ambient temperature exceeds 28°C.

Summer Advisory: During peak summer months, we may delay dispatch by 1 day to avoid transit during peak heat hours. We'll notify you via WhatsApp in such cases.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking details. You can also:

Track your order via the courier partner's website using the tracking number shared on WhatsApp.
Contact us directly on WhatsApp for real-time status updates.
Log in to your order status via the order confirmation email you received.

Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery attempt fails:

The courier will make 2 more delivery attempts on subsequent days.
If all 3 attempts fail, the package is returned to us.
Re-delivery charges of ₹60–80 will apply for re-shipment.
Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we cannot offer refunds for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.

Gift Orders

All loveofbits orders are dispatched in premium gift packaging. If you'd like a personal message card included, add it in the "Order Notes" section at checkout — completely free.

Gift wrapping included in every order at no extra cost.
Price tags are removed from gift orders by default.
Schedule delivery for a future date by mentioning it in order notes.
